Entrepreneur Coaching

Coaching to help you thrive as an entreprneur

Building a business is never just a business decision — it’s a deeply personal one. Every stage of the entrepreneurial journey, from the first spark of an idea to running an established venture, asks something of you: your energy, your confidence, your ability to keep making good decisions when the path isn’t clear.

Entrepreneur coaching gives you a thinking partner for that journey. It’s a collaborative, confidential space to clarify your vision, test your ideas, navigate the inevitable setbacks, and build the strategic and psychological foundations for sustainable success — whatever stage you’re at.

If you’re building your venture as an English-speaking entrepreneur in Europe — perhaps in a country that isn’t the one you grew up in, or with no fixed base at all — you’re also navigating an added layer most generic business advice doesn’t account for: a different regulatory landscape, a different professional culture, and often, a smaller support network than you’d have at home. Many of the entrepreneurs I work with are expats, or have lived abroad, and a good number are digital nomads — building a business designed around freedom and flexibility, not just profit, and working out how to make both work together rather than trading one off against the other. That’s exactly where I can help.

With a Master’s in career development, specialist training in entrepreneur and leadership coaching, and doctoral research into how entrepreneurs achieve wellbeing and performance through psychological flow, I bring both practical business coaching and evidence-based insight into what actually sustains entrepreneurs for the long run.

From Idea to Launch

Have a business idea you haven’t quite dared to commit to yet? Or already mid-launch and wondering if you’re making the right calls?

The earliest stage of entrepreneurship is often the most psychologically demanding. You’re making high-stakes decisions with often incomplete information, usually alone. Coaching at this stage helps you pressure-test your idea, gain clarity about the gap between where you are and where you want to be, and build the confidence to commit and move.

We’ll work together to clarify your venture’s purpose and direction, identify the beliefs or fears that might be holding you back, and build a realistic, motivating launch plan — one that’s designed around your strengths and circumstances, not a generic template.

Business networking success

Growth and next level success

Already running your business and ready to take it further? Growth brings its own challenges — the skills that got you to launch aren’t always the ones that will get you to the next level.

Coaching at this stage helps you step back from the day-to-day and think strategically: refining your offer, strengthening your leadership as your team or client base grows, and making confident decisions about where to invest your time and energy next.

We’ll identify what’s working, what’s quietly holding you back, and where your next meaningful stretch goal lies — then build a clear, personalised plan to get there, with accountability built in every step of the way.

Entrepreneur Wellbeing & Performance

Here’s what most business coaching won’t tell you: your venture will only ever perform as well as you do. Burnout, overwhelm, and the isolation of entrepreneurship are the biggest threats to you and your business.

My research research explores how entrepreneurs achieve sustained high performance and wellbeing through psychological flow – the state of being fully absorbed and operating at your best. Drawing directly on science, I help entrepreneurs build the habits, mindset, and working rhythms that protect their energy and wellbeing while they build their venture, rather than sacrificing one for the other.

This matters most for entrepreneurs building a business away from home, where the usual support systems – family nearby, a familiar professional network, a shared language for the small daily frustrations – often aren’t there. It matters just as much if you’re a digital nomad: the freedom to work from anywhere is exactly what makes it easy to lose the routines and boundaries that protect your energy in the first place. Coaching becomes not just business support, but a genuine source of resilience  and a way to keep the lifestyle you built your business for from quietly working against you.

An Investment In You, Not Just Your Business

It’s easy to think of coaching as a cost the business bears. I’d invite you to see it differently: coaching is an investment in you, the driving force behind the venture.

Your business will only grow as far and as sustainably as you do. When you invest in your own clarity, resilience, and wellbeing, that investment doesn’t stay contained to you — it shows up in better decisions, steadier leadership, and a business built to last, not just to survive the next crisis.

Whether you’re testing a first idea, deep in the challenges of growth, or simply feeling the weight of carrying it all yourself, coaching offers something rare: dedicated time and expert support focused entirely on you and what you need to thrive — as an entrepreneur, and as a person.

During our sessions I’ll often share my screen as we work on different things, using various tools or working online together.

If you’re not confident in using Zoom don’t worry! I’ll help you get set up and show you around. You don’t need your own Zoom account to join a Zoom meeting but setting up a free ‘Basic’ account and downloading the free Zoom app enables you to customise things the way you like.

Now mostly based in France, you can find out the time difference between Paris, France and your location, try using The Time Now app which allows you to see what the time is where you are in comparison.

Although I usually try and limit my working hours to between 9am and 6pm weekdays (CET), I am able to work outside of regular working hours to fit your schedule if absolutely necessary.

No problem. I accept payments via a Wise Borderless account enabling you to pay for your career counselling and coaching services in the currency of your choice.

If you are in the UK, France, Sweden, USA or Australia let me know and I’ll send you bank payment details so you can pay into a local bank account in that currency. This means you’ll avoid paying international transfer fees.
